Hi my name is Cameron Vanderschaaf, and I’m a personal trainer with a decade of experience. Welcome to my website! My commitment is to help you correctly navigate your way to better health and movement, well crushing your goals! If you have meaningful fitness goal (or need help setting one), and you are open to learning new movements and kickboxing I can help you! I believe you can move more freely, feel more confident, and build phenomenal fitness with a little direction.

In order to do this, we will work off your outcome goal, and strategically work towards it. Along the way we will have movement objectives that train coordination, mobility, agility, strength, speed, stamina and sensory awareness.
